Terrible service from uncaring and unhelpful receptionist

The front desk staff exhibits a complete lack of empathy. Despite my physical limitations, she insists I personally visit the medical center to obtain a prescription, even though phone requests have always been my standard method. Her indifference is palpable, and she makes no effort to hide it. This receptionist seems more interested in asserting her perceived authority than providing basic patient support. The fundamental purpose of a healthcare facility is compassionate service, yet she appears utterly disinterested. Her attitude suggests she's merely collecting a paycheck without any genuine concern for patient needs. If such callous treatment is the norm, they might as well shut down the practice and stop draining public resources.
