Terrible service from unhelpful and arrogant receptionists

I would have awarded zero stars if possible. The Receptionist staff are incredibly unhelpful and discourteous. After wasting ninety minutes attempting to communicate, they redirected me to their website, where the issue could have been resolved via telephone. They appear more interested in hearing themselves talk, consistently interrupting and talking over me with no genuine concern for my needs. I'm relieved this isn't my personal medical practice and deeply sympathize with patients forced to endure such an unprofessional environment. I was making this call on another's behalf because they were being repeatedly dismissed by the receptionist over a straightforward request. I fully intend to file a formal complaint with the CQC, as no medical practice should operate with such blatant disregard for patient communication and service.
