Terrible service from unhelpful and rude receptionists

Getting in touch with the receptionists is an incredibly frustrating ordeal that seems to drag on endlessly. Once you finally manage to speak with them, you're made to feel like an unwelcome nuisance, with staff appearing utterly disinterested in providing any meaningful assistance. I can't help but feel deep sympathy for older individuals who must navigate this challenging service. My interactions with the reception staff have been consistently negative, to the point where I even submitted a formal complaint to the NHS, which they ultimately declined to address. While the medical professionals—nurses and doctors—seem compassionate and professional, the front desk personnel are disappointingly unhelpful and seemingly indifferent to patients' needs.
