Terrible service from unhelpful medical reception staff

The entire surgical experience was deeply unsatisfactory, primarily due to the discourteous and pompous front desk personnel, rather than the medical professionals. They seem to take delight in rigidly enforcing a narrow booking window between 8 and 1, effectively shutting down any communication attempts outside those hours. They must recognize that key workers like myself cannot always align our schedules with their restrictive operating times, and in fact, the practice should be adapting to accommodate patient needs. It appears they've forgotten their fundamental purpose: serving the local community during times of medical necessity. Nobody willingly seeks out a GP visit unless it's absolutely critical, especially in these extraordinary circumstances.
