Terrible service from unhelpful medical receptionist

The front desk staff was incredibly unhelpful. Unfortunately, I didn't note her name. I phoned to request my vaccination history, as I'm preparing for my honeymoon in Asia, and she was extremely discourteous, flatly denying my request to obtain the information via phone. Booking an appointment at this medical practice is consistently impossible, despite my living practically next door. It's no surprise people mock the National Health Service as ineffective.
