Terrible service from unhelpful medical staff

Utterly appalling service when I called due to sudden swelling in my neck and armpit. The receptionist dismissively said a doctor would contact me back, abruptly ending the call without providing any specific timeframe or even a date. Now I'm left anxiously waiting for a potential phone call that might come tomorrow. I had to contact my workplace and describe my medical situation. This isn't the first time I've experienced issues with this practice - I've had recurring lymph node problems in my neck, and consistently, the receptionists seem to take it upon themselves to diagnose patients and advise waiting, rather than offering a proper appointment.
