Terrible service from unprofessional and disrespectful staff

The staff's phone and communication etiquette is completely unacceptable. They consistently ignore calls and electronic consultation requests, and their in-person interactions are shockingly disrespectful. It's astonishing that these employees continue to be employed despite their unprofessional conduct. The practice desperately needs comprehensive customer service training and a more inclusive workforce to potentially develop some basic human compassion for patients.
