Terrible service improved after customer feedback

The front desk staff are brusque and discourteous, completely disregarding patient concerns. They mechanically recite scripted responses and practically yell as though everyone has hearing impairments, then hastily terminate calls without genuinely listening. It seems the receptionists, rather than the doctors, are effectively managing patient interactions. If this behavior persists... well. UPDATE- I'm pleasantly surprised to report a dramatic enhancement in customer service, almost as if my previous feedback was directly addressed. The team has undergone a remarkable transformation, and I'm genuinely pleased to communicate this positive change. It's commendable when an organization can recognize and rectify problematic practices.
