Terrible service leaves elderly patient frustrated and distressed

I am utterly appalled by the abysmal way my elderly mother was handled today. I scheduled her appointment and was curtly instructed to "sit in the waiting area". After lingering for half an hour, the receptionist informed us that the appointment was actually at a different location - so why were we initially directed here? The entire situation is infuriating. They callously told her to return at 2:00 PM when it was only 9:30 in the morning. I'm deeply concerned about how isolated, vulnerable individuals who rely on taxi services would manage such an inconvenience. My mother's entire day has been disrupted, and it's no wonder her blood pressure is elevated after such disrespectful treatment. After reviewing other experiences, it seems this kind of negligent approach is sadly routine for this medical practice.
