Terrible service leaves patient in pain and frustrated

I called today inquiring about my prescription's delay, and the staff member claimed there was no record of it. I requested they expedite it, as they've done previously, but was dismissed. They informed me my arthritis pain medication isn't considered critical and suggested I submit an email for a repeat prescription, which would take four days. The entire interaction was extremely frustrating and unhelpful.
