Terrible service leaves patients frustrated and helpless

I'm completely frustrated with their appointment system. It seems impossible to secure a slot, and their online booking through patient access is utterly dysfunctional. I've reset my memorable word multiple times within half an hour, yet the system remains uncooperative. Last week, my 3-year-old brother was seriously unwell. When we called for medical advice, they callously refused an appointment, merely suggesting we give him plenty of liquids. I tried explaining that he wasn't eating and would likely vomit any fluids, but they were dismissive and insisted we follow their generic instructions. They promised a doctor would call back within an hour. Predictably, the call came at 7:30 pm - long after we'd already taken him to the hospital. What infuriates me most is the standard medical response when you're suffering: "Take paracetamol, and if the pain worsens, take two." It's insulting that after years of medical education and training, their primary recommendation is a basic over-the-counter pain reliever. It feels like a complete waste of professional expertise. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
