Terrible service leaving patients frustrated and unheard

I've been experiencing ongoing issues with this medical practice, from prescription processing problems to misplaced blood test results and scheduling conflicts. My four-weekly injections are consistently plagued by administrative errors, whether it's failing to send prescriptions to the pharmacy or incorrectly booking my appointments. Telephone consultations are notoriously unreliable, with calls never arriving at the promised time, and the staff often seeming confused about the purpose of their contact. During the rare occasions I've met with a doctor, I've felt unheard and dismissed. They frequently appear unfamiliar with my medical history and overall care. I'm seriously contemplating switching to a different GP surgery at this point. The only positive aspect is the nursing staff, who have been consistently helpful and have even gone above and beyond to assist me despite the administrative shortcomings. I'm reluctant to create conflict, but obtaining my essential medications and care has become increasingly challenging.
