Terrible service leaving patients in chronic pain

I urgently called the clinic seeking an emergency consultation due to a rapidly deteriorating medical condition, hoping for either updated medication or a specialist referral. Instead, I was informed they weren't accommodating in-person visits and would arrange a doctor's callback. After a full day of waiting, I received a text scheduling a pharmacist phone consultation FIVE days out. Meanwhile, I'm left managing intense chronic pain with no immediate medical intervention. This is completely unacceptable - previously, I could secure an appointment within an hour, but now their responsiveness has dramatically declined.
