Terrible service leaving patients without crucial medication

The phone wait times are consistently around 2 hours, and after enduring this lengthy wait, calls frequently drop. This frustrating experience happened to me twice within just two days. Repeat prescription requests can drag on for up to two weeks, and when staff at the reception are questioned about the delay, they simply state the doctor is busy and patients must wait until he decides to process them. Utterly unprofessional. The current reception team is arguably the most incompetent I've ever encountered at this medical practice. I've been left in a situation where I'm without critical medication. Securing an appointment is incredibly challenging. Ironically, when you finally manage to see a doctor, they are generally competent. However, the subpar performance and poor attitude of the reception staff significantly contribute to the ongoing operational issues facing this surgery.
