Terrible service led to unnecessary emergency room visit

Called for an urgent medical consultation because my wife had been running a high fever over 38 degrees for three consecutive days. The initial response was dismissive, advising her to rest at home and hydrate, claiming it was just a viral infection. However, when we went to the emergency room, they diagnosed her with tensolitis and immediately began antibiotic treatment. This experience perfectly illustrates why hospital emergency departments are constantly overcrowded with patients seeking proper medical attention!
