Terrible service left me frustrated and disappointed

I'd gladly award zero stars if possible. Their new system requires online booking, and despite my clear request to consult a physician, I received a text suggesting treatment for a condition they haven't even diagnosed. When I attempted to reschedule, the appointments mysteriously vanished. As a result, I'm switching healthcare providers without hesitation.
