Terrible service left me frustrated and helpless

Utterly unbelievable. Their online booking process is completely ridiculous. I've been attempting to schedule an appointment all morning without success. Switching to phone contact seemed like a solution, but I've been stuck on hold, being transferred around for more than thirty minutes. My phone credit is completely depleted!!! Now I'm forced to trek to their location in person (walking since I have no transportation), which requires a 40-minute journey. This entire ordeal is so stressful that I'm literally in tears and feeling extremely distressed. They absolutely must fix this terrible system before someone suffers serious consequences.
