Terrible service left me frustrated and unhelped

I was stuck as number 2 in the queue for 40 minutes without any movement. During the surgical procedure, the staff seemed more interested in casual conversation than attending to patients. When I filed a complaint, it took a staggering four months to be addressed. After an initial appointment where the doctor provided no assistance, I was forced to reschedule with another physician who ultimately resolved my issue. Prescriptions were not processed as requested. While I understand the challenges of working in a medical setting from my own experience in a GP surgery, this level of service is completely unacceptable.
