Terrible service nearly cost my daughter her health

After two emergency room visits within seven days, the front desk staff refused to schedule my daughter an urgent consultation with a doctor or nurse, despite the A&E recommendation. They only offered a distant appointment three weeks later. Consequently, we returned to the emergency department, where she was hospitalized and required intravenous antibiotics for a full five-day period.
