Terrible service puts patients health at risk

I'm deeply frustrated by the surgery's apparent lack of concern for patient well-being. Three weeks ago, I delivered a prescription list for my elderly mother, requesting urgent pharmacy processing, yet it remains unhandled. The doctor was supposed to follow up after her hospital discharge, but there has been complete radio silence since then.
