Terrible service puts patients health at serious risk

I strongly advise against seeking medical care at this facility if you value your well-being. Their approach involves numerous misdiagnoses due to cutting corners, and their appointment scheduling is incredibly unreliable. If you do manage to secure an appointment, prepare for a minimum 45-minute wait. My personal experience has been that they have actively contributed to the decline of my health. When I was at a critical point, contemplating suicide, I sought help from the GP, who responded with complete indifference, essentially asking me what I expected him to do. In another appalling incident, when my medication was lost during transit, I contacted the surgery and was coldly informed that it wasn't their problem and that I would simply have to endure the consequences. If only I had been aware of the duty of care regulations at the time. By contrast, I transferred to Warrengate surgery, and they are remarkably professional compared to these incompetent practitioners. If possible, I would have assigned negative ratings. My advice is clear: AVOID THIS SURGERY AT ALL COSTS!
