Terrible service puts patients health at serious risk

Evidently, the front desk staff lacks comprehension of what constitutes urgent medication needs!!!! They desperately require some basic asthma awareness training.... I submitted a prescription refill request via the NHS App a week ago, and when I inquired about its status, I was informed it hadn't processed and I'd need to reorder, with the medication becoming available at week's end - which means a 5-day wait. When I asked about interim solutions, the receptionist's response was dismissive and unhelpful, essentially telling me to call 111 with an attitude suggesting it wasn't her concern. A two-week delay for emergency medication is absolutely unacceptable! My sincere gratitude goes to the neighboring pharmacy for their incredible assistance and genuine support!!
