Terrible service putting my child's health at risk

My toddler has experienced recurring illnesses, and I've been unable to secure a single appointment. This comes after enduring up to an hour on hold, only to have the call disconnected when I'm next in the queue - and this isn't an isolated incident. Even when reception actually answers, they dismiss me by suggesting I call back the next day because all appointments are already booked, despite my calling precisely at their 8:30am opening time. The following morning repeats the exact same frustrating scenario. They might as well have a voicemail saying "try again later". I'm utterly disgusted by this so-called health service - their organizational approach is completely nonsensical. It defies logic how appointments can vanish within minutes of the office opening. Save yourself the aggravation and avoid this practice; it's essentially equivalent to having no medical care at all.
