Terrible service putting my mum's health at risk

I reached out on behalf of my mother regarding her medication, which she had requested four days prior, yet the surgery had failed to send her prescription. For four days, my mum was left struggling without her essential medication. Upon inquiring, they casually admitted the staff member had simply forgotten, offering a nonchalant apology as if the oversight was inconsequential. Adding to the frustration, my mother couldn't even obtain an emergency supply. Their restrictive prescription policy of providing only 28 tablets per pack, which covers just three weeks, prevents patients from ordering in advance—a system that is incredibly inconvenient and disheartening. This experience was particularly surprising, given the typically helpful nature of their staff. It's clear that significant improvements are needed in their approach to managing and processing patient prescriptions and addressing patient concerns.
