Terrible Service Putting Patients at Risk

These medical professionals are completely inadequate and are genuinely endangering patients' well-being and safety. Having to wait a fortnight just for a phone consultation is ridiculous, and I'm bewildered how a physician can possibly make a diagnosis remotely. The doctor appeared totally apathetic and directed me to get blood tests at the GP's office, only to discover they no longer provide that service! Now I'm forced to travel elsewhere and face another two-week waiting period for an appointment! I'm anxiously hoping it's not something serious because a total four-week delay is absolutely unacceptable and could potentially involve a critical health issue. These general practitioners are presenting a substantial risk to patient care.
