Terrible service putting patients health at risk

I'm meant to undergo routine blood screenings quarterly, yet securing an appointment seems impossible. I'm puzzled by the recent reception staff changes and deeply concerned that this medical practice appears indifferent to potential serious health risks—not just for myself, but for my daughter as well. It seems we've reached a point where finding a new healthcare provider might be our most prudent option.
