Terrible service: Rude staff and inaccessible care

I experienced the most disappointing service imaginable at this establishment. The staff consistently displayed a discourteous attitude and seemed unwilling to hear my concerns. Attempting to reach them by phone proved futile, as the lines were perpetually engaged. Upon visiting the reception in person, I was met with the implausible claim that all appointments were already booked. It's hard to believe that at the very start of the day, 9:00 AM, there wasn't a single slot available. The reception area is in dire need of an overhaul to address these glaring issues.
