Terrible service ruins good medical care

Despite the competent medical staff, the front desk personnel leave much to be desired. The receptionists consistently exhibit an attitude of superiority and are seldom accommodating, appearing completely disinterested in assisting patients. They always have a repertoire of excuses ready but never offer any meaningful assistance. Securing an appointment feels like an improbable stroke of luck. The process for scheduling blood tests and collecting urine samples is disorganized and inefficient. Management urgently needs to reassess and enhance their internal customer service protocols.
