Terrible service ruins good medical staff experience

The process of divulging my personal details in a public setting is deeply uncomfortable. Being asked to share my name, birthdate, address, and medical reason in front of other people feels like a serious invasion of privacy. I would expect them to discretely note these details during the initial phone booking. Regarding their telephone booking system, it's absolutely frustrating. Repeatedly encountering a busy signal (I've personally experienced over 20 redial attempts) is exasperating. Even when you finally navigate through the automated menu and select the correct option, the call frequently disconnects, forcing you to restart the entire tedious process. The medical staff themselves are wonderful - kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful. However, every other aspect of the service is completely unacceptable.
