They consistently ignore incoming calls, and this medical practice ranks among the most inadequate you could possibly encounter. In critical health scenarios, they demonstrate complete disinterest in providing assistance or care. Attempting to schedule an appointment or request a physician's callback results in being informed that you might wait up to four weeks. Calling in the morning can consume up to 40 minutes, only to receive unhelpful and discouraging responses. Since the pandemic, they've eliminated in-person consultations entirely - isn't a doctor's fundamental responsibility to support patients?
