Terrible service that endangers patient health

I'd give zero stars if possible! This medical practice is a complete disaster!! The front desk staff are nothing short of DISCOURTEOUS. You're still unable to secure an in-person consultation and instead get added to a callback queue??? Why is this happening? We're supposedly 'coexisting' with covid now!! Why can we resume everything normally except seeing a doctor?! When you eventually consult a physician, you're dismissed with 'it's viral' and must return repeatedly before they'll finally prescribe the medication that was clearly necessary from the start (unbelievable!!!!) and we're left wondering why children are dying?! Because we can't get our children into the clinic, and when we do, the issue isn't properly addressed!! Not to mention the near-impossible task of even getting through on the phone - it took me so long last week that I actually walked to the office, stood in reception while NO phone was ringing and the reception staff were chatting about their Christmas plans!!!!
