Terrible service that lacks basic customer compassion

I'm giving this a single star solely to submit a review, though it truly merits zero. I attempted to schedule an appointment for next week, as my son is returning from overseas unexpectedly due to a health issue after being abroad for 24 months. The staff response was shockingly unprofessional - they curtly stated no appointments were available and suggested I call on the day with no guarantee of being seen. Their alternative recommendation was to visit a same-day centre. In stark contrast, when I contacted a practice in Cleveleys, they were incredibly supportive and professional. They promptly guided me through registering and confirmed an appointment could be made. I'm astonished more patients haven't already switched practices. This location desperately requires comprehensive staff training.
