Terrible service that leaves patients frustrated and unheard

I would give this place zero stars if I could. It's incredibly frustrating because communication is virtually impossible. When you attempt to call, the automated system claims all agents are occupied and simply instructs you to call back later, abruptly ending the call. Their enquiry and results lines are only operational from noon, which is absurdly inconvenient - why should patients be forced to wait until midday just to get information? The administrative staff seem perpetually unavailable. Numerous times I've tried reaching out about my medical records or requesting documents, and after the phone rings endlessly, you're directed to leave a message. Despite following these instructions, no one ever responds. Attempting to schedule an appointment is equally challenging. How can a medical facility expect patients to seek assistance when they can't even connect with reception? I'm seriously considering changing healthcare providers because this constant runaround is exhausting and unacceptable.
