Terrible service that leaves patients without medication

I submitted my repeat prescription request over a month ago, and they still haven't processed it. I've been without medication for the past two weeks. I've attempted to call them numerous times, but never successfully connected. When you finally reach the front of the queue, you're mysteriously redirected back to the initial menu after just 5 minutes. This has occurred repeatedly. Like other patients, I've experienced being on hold for an hour, only to witness them picking up and immediately hanging up the phone. Previously, they've even claimed they couldn't hear me. Once it hits 1pm, they're on lunch break and you lose your place in line, and by 3pm they refuse to handle repeat prescription requests altogether. It seems they're deliberately avoiding answering calls - why else would you remain first in the queue only to be hung up on after waiting another 30 minutes? I'm leaving this medical practice as soon as possible. They absolutely need to be investigated - this level of service is completely unacceptable and a waste of patients' time and resources.
