Terrible service that left me frustrated and helpless

The customer service here is absolutely terrible. Their staff display zero compassion and have significant language barriers that immediately create communication difficulties. As someone currently battling COVID and needing a prescription for an asthma inhaler I haven't required in years, I found their approach completely unhelpful. The receptionist was rigid and dismissive, repeatedly instructing me to call during extremely narrow time windows between 8am-8:30am and 11:30am-12pm, seemingly oblivious that sick individuals struggle to make such precise calls. When I attempted to call during their specified time, I was met with an automated message about full phone lines, effectively blocking access. Upon speaking directly with the receptionist to seek alternative solutions, instead of assistance, I was met with more frustration. The staff member's response was to suggest I could seek services elsewhere if unsatisfied, which only escalated my anger. The conversation became so aggravating that I was forced to end the call. Once I've recovered from COVID, I will definitely be changing my healthcare provider without hesitation.
