Terrible service that left me without medication

The reception team at this medical practice is absolutely terrible. After completing their triage process early this morning and receiving a follow-up call, I discovered the clinician had mistakenly failed to prescribe my essential medication. When I attempted to urgently resolve this issue and secure my prescription today, I was informed I'd need to restart the entire triage process with no guarantee of a callback. Given my work commitments prevent me from taking calls for the next three days, I now face the very real possibility of being without critical medication until my next day off. Despite a clear administrative error by their staff, I am the one left suffering the consequences. It seems they have zero interest in addressing their mistake or providing proper patient care. To make matters worse, the receptionist actually hung up on me twice while I was desperately seeking assistance. This surgery has seriously declined; their appalling front desk staff are systematically destroying what was once a reputable medical facility.
