Terrible service until practice manager saved day

My encounter yesterday with the receptionist was dreadful. They displayed zero compassion and accused me of being responsible for not receiving a GP callback, claiming I must have incorrectly submitted my form (despite having a verification code and confirmation). When I became emotional, they insensitively asked if I had a 'mental health issue'??? Seriously... no, I'm simply unwell, and their complete lack of understanding and support pushed me to my emotional limit..... definitely not the standard of care you'd anticipate from a medical practice 😔. Once I'm feeling better, I'll definitely be seeking a new healthcare provider..... **Update. The practice manager subsequently reached out to me. She was genuinely wonderful and understanding... effectively salvaged the situation, and her kindness and genuine approach significantly improved my overall perception**
