Terrible service when mental health support matters most

I called seeking assistance during a critical mental health crisis and was informed that no appointments were available for up to a month. The front desk personnel are incredibly unprofessional, constantly probing with inappropriate questions about personal medical details and treatment effectiveness. These receptionists lack the qualifications to discuss medication, and their role should be strictly administrative. They need to stay within their professional boundaries or bring back the previous staff who understood proper customer service 😉 😀
