Terrible service when my baby needs urgent care

I've been attempting to contact the office since early morning, but the phone line remains unresponsive. It's impossible to schedule an urgent consultation for my 11-month-old who is unwell. Why is the phone line inactive during its stated operational hours? This is a recurring issue that has happened multiple times. The situation is incredibly frustrating and appears unprofessional. I'm genuinely perplexed why the NHS hasn't addressed these persistent communication problems.
