Terrible service with endless lies and frustration

As is typical, securing an appointment with this organization is impossible. I attempted to book an advance slot three days prior to my return from work, but they flatly refused, insisting I must call precisely at 8am. Upon calling at 8am, I was blatantly misled. By 10:30, I drove to the clinic to resolve this, only to be deceived again. The ultimate revelation came when someone finally bothered to contact me at 11:45, confirming no appointment was ever available. Consequently, I spent four hours in the emergency department and secured a Monday hospital appointment. My simple request is straightforward: be transparent. If your organization is fundamentally mismanaged or your staff are incompetent and deliberately unhelpful, just admit you're unwilling to accommodate patients. I could have gone directly to A&E instead of wasting time with receptionists seemingly allergic to basic communication. I'm profoundly apologetic for interrupting someone's precious time, leaving me unable to work or claim support, despite contributing taxes that apparently fund your arbitrary decision-making. Google should introduce a zero-star rating option. Ironically, appointments were miraculously available when monetary compensation was involved.
