Terrible service with endless wait and delayed appointment

Called today (September 11th), I endured a 20-minute phone wait, supposedly in "Position 1" the entire time, just attempting to schedule an appointment. Upon finally getting through, the receptionist informed me the earliest available slot is the 29th, which is nearly 3 weeks away. My next course of action is to file a complaint with the Care Quality Commission and request they reassess their rating, as their service appears deliberately structured to be difficult to access. This is precisely why people end up resorting to emergency services for what might otherwise be minor medical concerns. Utterly frustrated.
