Terrible service with exceptional medical professionals

The sole point I'll award is for the doctors. Regrettably, the front desk staff display an arrogant attitude, acting as if they're the masters of the medical center. Communication breakdowns and a clear deficit in understanding are glaringly apparent at reception. If you're going to make a claim, ensure it's absolutely accurate instead of propagating misinformation! Additionally, whenever a patient attempts to connect with management, they're conveniently "unavailable" (though in reality, they're present but deliberately avoiding taking calls).
