Terrible service with fantastic doctor hidden inside

The medical practice has seriously deteriorated. The front desk staff are discourteous and interrupt patients constantly. Numerous errors occur, and they then attempt to conceal these mistakes, which naturally leads to patient frustration. Telephone wait times are excruciatingly long, with hold music playing for up to an hour at any time of day before anyone responds. The reception team demonstrates extremely poor training and a complete lack of empathy. Dr. Lee remains an exceptional physician, and his eventual retirement will be a significant loss to the practice. It's evident that a large corporate entity owns this facility, resulting in a total absence of personalized patient care. I implore management to hire competent receptionists who genuinely demonstrate a desire to assist patients effectively.
