Terrible service with inaccurate medical records

The medical staff made significant errors in my patient record, incorrectly documenting my medical condition and falsely stating I've been on the same medication since 1900. Despite multiple attempts to rectify these mistakes, they remain unresolved. I recommend checking the NHS app to verify the coding. Overall, their service is extremely subpar and fails to meet basic professional standards, such as providing clear communication about doctor callback times. Every time I contact the clinic, I'm simply told "a doctor will call" with the receptionist seemingly eager to end the conversation. Patients deserve precise information about when they can expect a callback, not vague responses like "this morning" - we have schedules and commitments that require specific timing.
