Terrible service with poor communication and delays

The company continuously misled me, claiming they hadn't received my care plan, forcing me to call back multiple times regarding medication authorization that required a doctor's signature. During the second attempt, they even had a doctor contact me to suggest I inform my consultant about the supposed non-receipt of documents. Additionally, I endured a grueling phone wait of 90 minutes, only to be informed that no in-person appointments were available. They scheduled a phone consultation before 11am today, yet no call has materialized.
