Terrible service with racist undertones from reception

One day, I attempted to schedule appointments for my mom and sister at their request. I aimed for an afternoon slot, which initially seemed confirmed. However, when I called, the reception was unresponsive until 8:30, initially redirecting me to 111. During the actual conversation, they claimed only morning appointments were available and suggested I use walk-in services for afternoon times. Adding insult to injury, my dad subsequently booked afternoon appointments himself, which made me appear as though I was fabricating the earlier information. These people are outright liars about their appointment scheduling! And they record calls, right? The treatment I received was absolutely unacceptable, and I can't help but wonder if my accent played a role in this discriminatory experience. The receptionist might have been motivated by racism. I have never been this enraged before. Mark my words, I will definitely pursue this matter further!
