Terrible service with repeated name registration errors

I've repeatedly attempted to correct the registration of my name, but each time the staff becomes defensive, seemingly taking offense at being informed of their error. After multiple visits over eight months, my name remains incomplete, leaving me with no choice but to switch service centers. I'm Jesus Fernandez Garcia, and the ongoing issue is frustrating. Initially, they listed me as Jesus Garcia, then later as Jesus Fernandez. This is critically problematic because I need to travel, and COVID test documentation must exactly match my passport. If the names don't precisely align, the documents are invalidated. Despite having my passport photocopied five times, they still haven't managed to record my full name correctly. How challenging can it be to simply transcribe my name exactly as it appears on my official passport?
