Terrible service with rude and unhelpful receptionist

I've repeatedly encountered problems with the reception staff at this medical facility, specifically with a receptionist called Vina. She has consistently demonstrated an unhelpful and dismissive attitude, offering minimal support and showing little compassion. Such behavior is particularly disheartening in a healthcare environment where patients are already in a vulnerable state. Moreover, the clinic's operational structure is significantly flawed. Patients frequently endure extended waiting periods, even when appointments are pre-booked, and are often redirected to contact NHS 111 or reschedule without substantive explanations. This communication breakdown and operational inefficiency is deeply frustrating and significantly undermines the clinic's service quality. Despite these challenges, I want to highlight the exceptional performance of the clinic's general practitioners. The doctors have been remarkably attentive, professional, and genuinely compassionate, providing a much-needed bright spot amid the administrative shortcomings. I sincerely hope the clinic leadership carefully considers this feedback and commits to enhancing their front desk service and overall patient experience.
