Terrible service with unhelpful and unreliable staff

No one picks up the phone for nearly three-quarters of an hour. They insist you download a pointless app that somehow splits into two separate platforms and requires you to ask your GP to schedule an appointment. It's incredibly user-hostile, forcing you to repeatedly log in just to read their messages. And even if they respond, you'll remain unaware unless an email notification arrives. Absolutely ridiculous. I received an email indicating a reply on the app the next day.... The doctor apparently attempted to contact me twice (supposedly on the day I initially called). My phone was with me all day, yet nothing appeared in the call logs. It seems far more effective to physically visit the surgery to arrange appointments. Moreover, the staff's demeanor is utterly deplorable.
