Terrible service with zero communication and help

Recently, I experienced a frustrating situation with this e-clinic during two separate medical needs. First, I was dealing with UTIs and urgently required antibiotics. I submitted a consultation request on their website, but they were unresponsive for days. After waiting until Friday with no reply, I had to call the clinic directly to emphasize my need for a GP prescription before a long holiday period. Only then did they arrange a doctor's call. This week, a similar issue occurred when my child developed a swollen and itchy eye. Again, I left a message but received no response for over two days. When I called the clinic, they simply stated that appointments were full and suggested calling back the next day. This is completely unacceptable! Shouldn't they understand the urgency of medical situations and at least provide a timely response or schedule the earliest possible appointment? Their messaging system seems entirely pointless if patients are left waiting without any communication. What is the purpose of asking patients to leave messages if there's no follow-up or consideration of their medical needs? This lack of responsiveness is deeply concerning and potentially harmful.
